He has a long list of professional, social and political attainments under his belt which come handy to provide most suitable legal solutions for our clients. He has held many professional and legal portfolios in various legal field. He was Advocate General for Govt. of Haryana between 2008-2015 and Standing Counsel for State of Punjab between 1991-96. He was Vice President of SCBA between 1989-1991.

Sanjay Bansal, a 1991 law graduate, is Managing Partner of the firm. In his 34 years of career of legal practise, he has spent more than 23 years, majorly practising in 'Domestic & International Commercial Arbitration' disputes. He represents number of Indian & foreign-multinational corporations working in India and has successfully conducted numerous Arbitrations in India and abroad, since 2002. Sanjay is professionally and socially well connected. He has led the apex lawyers body of India, 'Supreme Court Bar Association' as Honorary Secretary, between 2006-07 and 2009-10. Sanjay has argued number of cases and has many reported judgments of Supreme Court of India and many High Courts to his credit. His practise philosophy is; Do the Best, Hope for Good & be Ready for bad.
